One of the most difficult question a restaurant
gets asked is, "What kind of food do you serve?"
The answer is easy if it is a Chinese, Sushi or Italian
restaurant. But for those of us creating new and exciting
dishes from different areas, there is no set response.
Many of us will say "new American" or "Mediterranean/Californian"
but it is hard to be exact.
The food at Annabel's is focused on seasonality, freshness
of ingredients, local produce (whenever possible), purity
of flavors and excitement and chef David Oliverri
brings an array of creative ideas to the restaurant with
his wonderful "world cuisine" featuring American
classics as well as dishes from other parts of the world.
We also offer both SMALL PLATES and BIG PLATES so you
can either "graze" on several different dishes
or have a full menu. Either way, our mission is to exceed
the expectations of all our guests, whether they are a
seasoned culinary experts or just out for a casual meal
in a warm friendly environment.
